Capture Video & Audio

Windows 7-x64

I need to capture both video and audio.
The URL doesn't look like a stream to VLC -
it doesn't respond to it - but it does have a stream
in it when browsers connect to it. It has audio.
Both video & audio are required.

I tried screen capture techniques (capture display + convert)
which captures video, but no audio.

I can capture the audio separately, but putting both
together is going to be very difficult.

What can be done? Thanks, ==mwh
