File names change when put on a playlist

Once I put videos in a playlist the file names sometimes change from what I have listed. Its very inconvenient when I need to identify which file I was watching. Is there some kind of fix for this or an option to change this?

Come on there is no information anywhere on this...Someone has to at least have experienced a similar problem.

At least filename in title bar is possible: viewtopic.php?f=14&t=98333#p361987
Really there should be an option to prefer/display filenames instead of metadata titles.

They said it will be fixed in 2.02 but I have 2.05 and still have the issue. Somehow this is one of the most annoying things to me.
