Can I bundle VLC Player with other software?

Hi,

I would like to distribute VLC player in a bundled download process.
This would mean I would offer third party software during the donwload process of the VLC player.

I will be doing the following:

1) Mention that VLC source has been used in the product

2) Ill publish the code of my software.

Do I face any legal issues upon doing this? Am I allowed to bundle?

If yes, are there any other details that I need to be aware of before bundling?
