Stream Timeout

Hi Guys,
I have 2 problems.

I use VLC on my server side as Stream Server. VLC Server is streaming to 224.x.x.x (Multicast) and VLC for Android is receiving the stream, everything is ok. But sometimes (Mostly) VLC for Android close itself and then I open it again with same URL, it continues so VLC Server is running steady. How can I prevent this situation or increase the timeout of that ?

Same system as above. When I open the stream on VLC for Android [224.x.x.x] (but VLC Server is not streaming now) and then I close it. After I open the VLC for Android, it waits on gray screen (not working, it was not close straight) and after 5 seconds appear a dialog as "Wait or Close". If I close with dialog, it works next time.
How can I solve this problem ?
