How to transmit a cookie /sessionId to the streaming-server?

Is it somehow possible, to transmit a cookie or the sessionID (extracted from the cookie) to the streaming server?
Unfortunately, my streaming device
(http://www.pctvsystems.com/Home/tabid/1 ... fault.aspx)
needs a cookie-auth, when accessing it from the internet.
From the local network, it works fine without auth.
