Can't rearrange playlist

I think the subject line is pretty obvious...how can I drag and drop files to rearrange the playlist?

What does Apple user interface guidelines have to say about this?

Read the releasenotes: (new playlist, D&D reordering broken for this release).
Don't use PMs for support questions.
