AC3 to dts

I have a AC3 file, I want to convert it to a DTS file, how do I do it?

why are you wanting to converte AC3 to DTS? All you will get is a larger file.

I don't know of any free dts encoder. (and i don't think that any exists)

It will just be the same thing but another codec...
The biggest difference in the two fromats are the fact that they are differently mixed, you won't get a different mix by just saving it as a dts.
