Will VLC for Android be available also as browser plug-in

Will VLC for Android be available also as browser plug-in?
I'm doing some MPEG2 TS streaming test from cloud using VLC as stream generator or gateway (proxed by Apache).
You can see them on http://95.110.164.61, while the streams list is http://95.110.164.61/android.html.
Recently I've got a Samsung note2 (quad core, Android 4.1) and I've extended the interest to VLC reproduction of TS over Android. The VLC beta seems to work fine.
But because VLC plug-in is not available for Android, the webpages that embeds video (MPEG2 TS) cannot be correctly reproduced on android phones. Probably this problem could be solved using HTML5, but at the moment the inclusion of any kind of video in HTML5 pages seems me quite far from being a solid alternative to standard (and tricky) HTML call.
The old HTML4 approach requires plug-ins. Currently the app approach used by YouTube and others hides the unavailability of plug-ins -- even flash! -- for the browsers.
Will VLC for Android be available also as plug-in?

Well, AFAIK neither Chrome for Android nor Firefox for Android support the traditional NPAPI plugin format on Android. So your best bet is that when Android is detected, offer a direct link - i.e. <a href> to http://95.110.164.61:80/PAL and hope that VLC picks it up through the Intent system.
