AU (autoupdate) for VLC crashes

Postby lstiefe74 » 25 Nov 2012 16:02

:-| I have Norton 360 installed - 2013 version. Now VLCs autoupdate crashes. I believe this feature should be moved from temp directory to the common files for starters, then change the name of the file from AU_ to VLCAU or similar as the same file is used for other players, such as winamp. The name change would help differentiate between vlc and another player's update. Would you think about this?
