VLC Video crashes if I ALT + Tab

I have the newest version of VLC and when I select to play a video and ALT + Tab to a game I'm playing the player will immediately crash and offer to send a crash report. It won't do this if I'm just playing a MP3 sound file. I didn't have this problem before but stated having it over the last week or so.

ANy ideas?

Seems like a problem with your video drivers. Try updating your video drivers, and if that still fails to work, then change your video output to something else (try OpenGL or GDI+).
