Video capture card

hey... i have a problem with my video capture card.. vlc wont give me audio nor video ive trieed xsplit and adobe encoder both the audio/video works in that but icant stream from those programs..

is there anyway to get it to work in vlc? i need to stream this capture via http

i managed to get it all working.. but the stream sometimes pixelates and breaks up very badly

i think thats the problem
