Has anyone implemented RTCP for RTP in VLC?
Even in the latest version of VLC, I find the RTCP part for RTP incomplete. I want to use the flow control and congestion control function of RTCP. Has anyone implemented the RTCP part in RTP? Would you like to share your code?
