Hi there,
I just recently learnt that VLC can download Youtube videos, and this got me interested. I managed to download a few videos, worked well, but I had a question. In what format does VLC stream/download? By format I mean 360p, 480p, 720p or 1080p. And is it possible to specify what format you want to stream it in?

Well, I am quite new to VLC. Is it in Tool, Preferences that I have to go look into, or is it a command line I have to write somewhere?
