Hello,
In my project I'm interested in subtitles only, form digital tv programs (rtsp://mafreebox.freebox.fr/...).
I'm used to demuxing vlc output with ProjectX (in order to get srt or txt files), but I'm wondering : is it possible to do that directly with Vlc ?

nope. VLC does not do soft sub encoding.

Ok, for Srt no, for sub no... any other possibility then ? I'm really fed-up with ProjectX
