Not a fresh install. As I read on forums no need for a fresh install, it was just a App Store update.
After update I ran Onyx to clean everything.
I tried to run VLC as it was installed. Failed.
I tried to install VLC on top of the already installed VLC. Failed.
Then, I moved VLC to trash and I install it from scratch. Failed.
Before Mountain Lion it was running more than perfect. I have seen hundred of movies.
Deleting the file you said, doesnt work.
The same happens to both of my machines, a deskop iMac and the Macbook Air.
Can I enable debugging mode somehow so I can send you back information you may need?
