Help http interface Administration Page don`t work

I stream file with sout: #duplicate{dst=display,dst=std{access=udp,mux=ts,url=198.128.100.23:1234}}
and watch it with vlc, but at Administration Page
I see nothing (Host list, File list, Stream list, Connections list are empty)
Please explain to me what is it Administration Page and Host list, File list, Stream list, Connections list.

Same thing for me.

Is there a problem with the "hosts", "urls" & "connections" tags in vlc (I'd try both 0.8.2 and 0.8.4) and I could'nt retrieve any informations with these tags. The others works well (playlist" and "information" (not "informations" as it is explained in this page.))
