It would be nice if VLC could index hidden directory files too.
Right now all I can do is to set the hidden folder as main directory, but this will prevent VLC to find higher level folders.
Use Case:
I use Ubuntu One a file sharing cloud service. All purchased music is saved (can't change it) under /sdcard/u1/.ubuntuone

How it should be:
I would like to set the main directory to /sdcard and then add (with a plus button or so) certain hidden folders. This way I could get only the folders I'm interested in.
