XP and VLAN

Postby antonio1111 » 01 Jul 2012 21:42

I just downloaded the latest version of the player and although the audio is good there is no video, only a still screen with what appears to be corrupt information. I use XP Professional and I reset VLAN preferences but no change. Advice? Thanks.

What graphics card do you have, do you have the latest drivers??

Run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool (dxdiag.exe) go to the "Display" tab and run "Test DirectDraw".
Also try to play other videos like c:\windows\system32\oobe\images\intro.wmv
