Hello,
This is the first time I've used the VLC media player since I upgraded to Win 7, but for some reason I can't take any snapshots and get this error:
Streaming/Transcoding failure
VLC could not open encoder.
The videos play fine i just can't take any caps. Can anyone help me with this please as I really need this fixed asap as I run Offical Fan Sites and have work to do for them.
I have tried putting a tick in the GPU acceleration, saved it and restarted VLC after that to make sure changes are enabled, but still got the same error.
