In receiving a video stream over udp://@8080 from a video camera via a grabber card that makes h264.
The video picture shows some strange dots in the upper right corner see snap
Have anyone seen this before ? Could it be the decoding ?

In Finland some TV channels also use those (I assume the pattern changes slowly). With normal TV they don't show because of overscan, but with PC you can see those.
