Second monitor out

Postby Francesco1910 » 05 May 2012 19:26

Hello to every VLC MEDIA PLAYER user or developer!
I'm here to ask you a question that nowhere else has been answered.
let me explain the problem: I have to make projections for a theatrical show, so I'm going to use a computer and a projector.
I need to have in my computer (Windows 7) the playlist, and in the other monitor (the projector) the video output (without any command or control, just the video and nothing else).
How can I set up as default output the second monitor? I've try setting the display out as .//Display1 and .//Display2 without any results.
another question: if it can be possible, how can I put a fade out effect at every change of sequence?
I'm waiting for your answer! Thank you!

Change it in Qt module preferences (use search in the preferences module)
No.

Did you ever manage to find a solution to this? I need to do the same.

Thanks, Neil.
