How to use m3u file?

I want to use m3u file to watch TV from DVBLink server.

This is how it looks like:

Do I need to make txt file and paste this in this file "http://user:admin@192.168.1.8:8080/mobi ... aylist_m3u" and than save file as Test.m3u?


I have already this, but this is without use of m3u file:



What will I get with the use of m3u file?
