How can I display remaining time/ elapsed time on OSD

How can I display remaining time/ elapsed time on OSD while playing a movie. I have really search for this and couldn't get anything done. Please reply me. I'm using VLC 2 up to date.

You can use Marquee filter in VLC
or
VLC Extension: Time from http://addons.videolan.org
