is it possible to use VLC to stream via flash webcam sites?

is there any way to get the desktop capture streaming capabilities of VLC to cooperate with adobe flash and replace programs like ManyCAM or Webcamstudio(linux)?

You'd have to explain what Adobe Flash wants.
