Slow audio control...

Postby elmagicochrisg » 06 Apr 2012 06:19

I just downloaded the latest version of VLC player. One thing that is really broken in this version is the audio control. In previous versions the audio went to 400, now only 200. And the reaction time of the audio control is delayed. Normally when I scroll the mouse wheel the audio instantly changes. In this new version there's a delay. So while watching Road to Perdition I tried to dim the sound when they started shooting, but the response was so slow you could still here 2 seconds of loud shooting. Please fix this... :(

200 in the current version is actually louder than 400 in the previous one.

200 in the current version is actally louder than 400 in the previous one.
Is this true?
I am just ahead of uninstalling 2.x again and to switch to the last 400% version, but if it is like this, then it were useless.
