A month ago I, like many others, downloaded V2 on Windows and found that it did not work for blu ray. We followed the directions given here, extremely cryptic that they are for most of us. Still no good. Now 2.01 is out, same results. Now I've tried to dig further. For instance, I looked inside the keydb.cfg file I downloaded and copied where directed, and it was an unformatted gibberish. I eventually realized it had been damaged during download, and I've now reformatted it as follows;

Now keep in mind that this is in Win 7n (32 bit), not any UNIX or LINUX version. I've no idea if line feeds or the like need to be added or removed. All I know is I get the same errors reported above;

So, like so many others, it would really be nice if someone could post an explanation and perhaps even plain english instructions on how to handle this. Note that I'm not a UNIX guru, but I've been working with and on computers for 40 years, but find much of what is posted here to be something just above jibberish. I'm not trying to be nasty, but a few more carefully chosen words once in a while can really help. And yes, I do understand this is a volunteer project, and do really appreciate it.
