[BUG BUG BUG] - non-existing SPS 32 referenced in buffering

1280x720 resolution with 60 frames per second file, while playing it has lipsync. Audio comes later then Video. File used MPEG2/4 audio codec and H264 video codec. I have tried with Ubuntu 11.04.
