Simple question (Fullscreen Controller)

Postby Enxzius » 04 Mar 2012 12:30

Ive spent hours messing around with the editor and I've accepted Im just out of my league with editing VLC, however what I wanna do is very very simple I'm wondering if someone can help. I only want to change 1 thing different in default VLC. In Fullscreen Mode, I want the "fullscreen controller popup" to ONLY show a seekbar, and have it be sized very small, no buttons no nothing..something like this:

Can anyone help?

Is there anyway i can pay someone to do this? It seems very quick and easy, to someone who knows what theyre doing, it's only creating one feature. For me on the otherhand i feel like Id have to take an entire semester to learn the lingo. Help Please.

You can use the customize interface to do that already.

You can remove the buttons through 'customize interface' but it doesnt take away the 1 inch tall background where the buttons sit in so you have 1 inch of blank space taking up your screen even if you do remove them, so kinda defeats the purpose. It'll take me 3 months of learning code if no one can help, which seeing how popular VLC is is suprising I thought these forums would be filled with editing junkies who could help do this in their sleep, but, I guess not so i'll just learn it from scratch how to make it exactly like the pic above.
