2.0.0: extreme audio stuttering

Hi,

as others, I am also experiencing the audio stuttering problem on a really annoying level. VLC is unusable to me.

But I have started a new thread, because its a bit different.
First, contrary to others, the audio stutters several times a second for me on all kinds of media.
Second, adjusting the volume, as others suggest, does not have an effect on this.

The VLC log is claiming about:

Have you tried to reset VLC settings by removing %appdata%\vlc folder?

Does it help if you rename libsamplerate.dll to libsamplerate.dll2 ?

I was forced to downgrade to vlc 1.1.13

Drivers are up to date and I have tried nearly every option related to audio.
