bug in installation

when i start to install vlc 2.0, i have this message :

unable to elevate, error 1814

What's this ?

tanks nkoriyama, it help.
for all people, if you have the message "unable to elevate, error 1814" at the vlc 2.0 installation software, you must disable UAC.

I had the same problem, with vlc 2.0.8 and now vlc 2.1.0. I used Firefox for the download and opened the downloads window within Firefox. This window does not allow the installation, you get this 'unable to elevate, error 1814' when you try. And you don't get the option 'run as administrator on a right click. Because this is the downloads folder seen through the eyes of the Firefox, I believe. When I cd'ed into the downloads folder using the MS explorer, I could get the option 'run as administrator' and successfully run the installation.
