Sound skipping on portable 2.0 VLC

Details at work.

Work comp is running XP2 SP2 and on 1.19 I ALWAYS had to put the audio sync @ -.200. The audio is now chopping no matter what. :-| (DVR FILES ON A FLASH DRIVE F Y I SORRY) THANKS

Have you tried other audio output modules?
