Problem with smooth video loop

Hi, I have problem with looping my video. My clip is loop video, where last frame fits to first frame, and when video is looped cut is invisible.
But VLC freeze for a moment when they start play clip from begin (tested on Windows and Mac, on VLC 0.96, 1.05, 1.1.11, 2.0).

In 1.1.11 I set bufer (in input: file) to larger value (in 2.0 I don't see this option).
I try to change render type (DirectX 3D, Open GL, etc...)
I eneble GPU accelerating.
Nothing helps.

There are any solution to loop video smooth?
