LibVLC RC 2.0 and WebM streaming

Postby bunjee » 11 Feb 2012 16:41

Greetings VideoLAN community,

I've been using LibVLC for the last few weeks. The CPU charge is surprisingly low, congratulations.

I noticed a regression when streaming WebM video format. Sometimes when the video is buffering up I get a crash.

I tried to reproduce it on VLC RC 2.0. It's not crashing but the player goes black and it's impossible to play anything else. On VLC 1.x everything seems fine.

Is there somewhere I can report this ?

Thanks.

B.A.

Looks like this is the same issue: https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/5818#comment:4
