Enable anti-aliasing with bluescreen through command line?

I have succeeded in creating vlc output with bluescreen blending of two videos through command line in windows as in http://wiki.videolan.org/Documentation: ... bluescreen.
Now i see jagged edges for the videos. How do I turn on anti-aliasing for them? Please help me out.

Can you share screenshot about the jagged edges?

I am unable to post the screenshot as the company will not allow me to post it. But can you let me know what you are looking for in the image?

It would be easier to guess if it is a interlace issue or blending issue. Can you replicate that with video and image of different formats?

I have uploaded a snapshot of the video shot with bluescreen. the background is now replaced with live video feed from a HD camera. As you can see the video did not blend perfectly with the person's video. You can see some jagged edges in her hands. As I am not allowed to upload the original video, I have taken a snap shot and masked the person in the video.
Please let me know how to fix this jaggies.

Only option I can think of is to add small amount of gaussian blur or other blur to that, since VLC bluescreen filter doesn't have Smoothing option like Premier does.
