starting files with improper aspect ratio

I have a few videos that I downloaded where the default aspect ratio is wrong. I know how to change them just fine. What I want to know is, is there any way to attach something to those particular files, so that VLC starts it out in the proper aspect ratio of my choice? :?:

You need to remux them with the proper aspect ratio at the container level.
