IIRC current builds don't have option to control mouse wheel adjustment level.

Maybe you seek this option
# Audio output volume step (integer)
#volume-step=32

Where is that option ?
Even a screenshot can help to locate. I can't find.

Located

You don't express what may be done.

Only one occurrence is located in vlcrc file.

Less value different to 32 ?¿?¿?¿?¿?¿

I haven't understood your last question. Could you reword, please?

Default volume is 256, which is shown as 100% in interface. "volume-step" option controls the step the volume is being changed, when you use mouse or keyboard. Default is 32 which is 12.5%. You can change it whatever you want. Minimal value is 1, I guess, which corresponds to 0.4%.

BTW, this option should be in preferences (Ctrl+P; short or full or both), but searching for them is pain. :-)

Owwww Trolzen. I have put the value 1 in volume-step but I don't note any difference.
Don't affect the mouse wheel.

Sorry
I don't know what I am doing bad.

If you edit config file (i.e. not via the interface) you should ensure that vlc is not started
