Help with subtitles

Postby simonmountney » 13 Jan 2012 11:25

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew how to have subtitles only come on when they're meant to within a film? For example in Rush Hour when Jackie Chan speaks Cantonese in an otherwise English speaking film, or in the Lord of the Rings when Elvish is spoken. I don't want to have to keep turning subtitles off and on when they are not needed, it detracts from the viewing experience. Am I overlooking something, or is this something I'll just have to live with?

Regards

Simon

Get subtitle files or tracks that only include text when "needed".

Technically, there is nothing particular here.
