Movie is jerking for a second

I have a little problem: the movie is jerking for a second always at the same scene at the same movie but disk is ok. I tried an other player and it doesn't jerk. I have these messages always at the moment where its jerking:

Can I change something in the options to solve the problem?
Or is it a bug?

oh i forgot:
i have a 2GHz amd cpu
win xp

and i tied things like caching and several other options but nothing helped

Are you playing a commercial DVD?
What hardware and OS are you using?
Have you found a solution?
