Postby Carol999 » 31 Dec 2011 13:26

hi

when I record a video (click the red button on the player) the video is placed in: "C:\Documents and Settings\myusername\My Documents\My Videos"
how can I change this path in order for it to be save under "C:\" ?

did my best to find it and failed. sorry;.

Hi Carol999
Tools => Preferences => Input & Codecs => Record Directory
Indicate the Directory you want (E:\Temp in the following pic)

Save your Preferences, Quit Vlc and you're done !
Have a great year 2012 :)
