actually i wanted to start my screen capture desktop with just click
can i set shortcut with parameter to start recording ? and save file at desktop as MP4 I'm using Latest VLC LAN windows

But first you will have to do your screen capture using the command line and then create a batch file to execute the command line.
This may help point you in the right direction or at least give a hint of where to start.
