Toggle audio and subtitle track from advanced controls

Hello at vlc. Great player, thanks for all your wonderful work. I would love to see a button added to the advanced controls bar.
When watching anime with a lot of episodes one has to move from full screen at the start of each episode to reset the audio track to japanese and subtitle track to english. i have read an involved fix which involves going into the preferences but then this would have to be done each time to switch between anime and regular english video.
It would be great to have a button in advance control that could set and keep the audio and subtitlte selection and retain the setting between videos and even after closing the player and opening it again. Then if you wanted to go back to audio track 1 ie default and no subtitle track one can do it from the button on the floating control panel in fullscreen mode and again fix this setting. Less involved than trying to change settings in the advanced preferences.
