freeze HD H264 MPTS Mpeg-TS from rtp

hi ,

I have a problem with a MPTS Mpeg-ts Stream reading via RTP protocol ,
when i read a stream Program which contains a HD h264 , many freezes appear
and only this program [ the codec : h264 MPEG-4 AVC ] ,
