Trouble with transcoding

I m trying to put a VOD server online.

For now, i use two VLC client on the same computer.
I launch the first as a rtsp server and i choose with vlm a file to put on VOD, without any transcoding. When i try to connect with a second VLC client on the same computer, it works perfectly.
But when I try to do exactly the same with only transcoding added (the default H264, AAC, MP4 )it doesn't work at all. I got no error either side, but neither sound nor video is playing on the client. Client display correctly the length of the video.

Has anyone a clue on what I m missing ?

I think it s a bug in the guy, it appends a transcoding command when it should be a transcode. Still doesn't work, but ...

It would help if you actually showed us the code you're using. It could very well be a misconstructed command.
