Streaming H.264/AAC from iSight camera

I want to use VLC to record video/audio from my built in iSight camera and microphone (MacBook Pro). I would like it to transcode H.264/AAC and stream it over RTP or RTSP so I can connect to it from a Wowza Media Server and use the Wowza server to rebroadcast the streams. (Eventually the Mac is going to be outside a corporate firewall and the Wowza server will be inside it, so we can have many clients within the company connecting to the Wowza server, thus limiting the internet bandwidth required to just the one stream from the outside.)

Is this possible? How do I do it?
