Yes, that's known since DOS times 30 years ago.Of course I knew %appdata is the enviromental variable that was pointing to my %appdata folder all along. I feel so stupid for not seeing that.
And how exactly VLC "screwed up" your ENTIRE system??So, I followed your advice and deleted the VLC folder-- which did absolutely nothing to change the way VLC screwed up my system!
