VLC streaming problem for HD720P video

Hello all,

I am trying to stream a video with HD720p.
Setting is as following:
Encapsulation :MPEG-TS
Video Codec:
MPEG-4
Bitrate:8000kb/sec
Audio Codec:
MPEG-4 Audio(AAC)

From command line the input is like this:
:sout=#rtp{dst=239.255.20.2,port=5007,mux=ts}

The video file is The magic of Flight.avi

The streaming is not successful as i am unable to see anything in the client system.

Let me know any setting needs to be follow for HD720P video??????

Is vlc streamer is capable enough to stream HD video with high bit rate or not?
