Embedding VLC in html and allowing audio track selection

Postby seanconnery » 13 Oct 2011 22:01

Does anyone know how to support the ability for a user to select a mono audio track within an embedded VLC player. For example I have 4 audio tracks (i.e. 4 mono or can consider 2 stereo tracks) but each of them is a different language. I see that I can possibly set the default track selection (•--audio-channel <integer> specifies the default audio channel to use with dvds) but can a user select a specific audio track #?

Thanks for the help.

The web plugin has an audio track selection method. Check the wiki.
