how to implement VLC on a IPAD

Hi, I have VLC on my personnal Ipad, but I got a new one from the office and I would like to add VLC on it. I donwload the VLC App on the web but I don t know how to install it in the ipad ? thanks for your help

Double click the vlc.ipa file which you downloaded.

(this should open iTunes, add VLC to your iTunes library and then install to your iPad when you next sync)
