Dalin Skins Question

I have downloaded the Dalin skins in a folder called Dalin_Media_Player. Within this are 85 files. I dragged the Dalin_Media_Player folder into the VLC skins folder. When I go to Tools, Preferences, 'use custom skin', etc, I can open the Dalin_Media_Player folder to reveal the 85 files and this is as far as a I can go. Can you tell me what should I do next? Thank you in advance. Apologies if this has been covered before, but I could not find any reference to the Dalin_Media_Player folder.

skins are shipped as a single vlt file, that is not meant to be unzipped at the end user level. This single file is to be placed in the vlc skins folder. Manually unzipping the vlt file only makes sense if you plan to hack on it.

Do you mean the compressed version should be placed in the vlc skins folder? If so, I have tried this and it still does not work.
