Showing Widescreen When It's Not Widescreen

I really need your help again. Does anyone knows why VLC shows widescreen when it's not widescreen? It is like this on DVDs that are burned. I hope so much that you can help me with this issue as well.

Are you sure the DVD is correctly authored?

Actually I am not very sure since it is not on any official DVDs but only on recorded DVDs.

In that case it is possible that the widescreen byte is set incorrectly. Remuxing the file should fix it, but you have to copy those files to hard drive, so it won't fix the original discs.

I really need your help since I think that something is wrong since it shows in widescreen when the picture is 4:3 and I have tried other programs like windows media player and it shows in the correct format so I hope so much that you can help me since I love VLC so much and don't want to use another program.
